Autographed Collectables choose to ship with UPS registered & insured for your peace of mind. You will receive an automated email confirming a tracking number once your item has shipped. A signature will be required on delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left providing you with re-delivery information. When signing for your goods, please sign with STI (subject to inspection). The courier is not required to wait while you inspect your goods. We ask that you open and inspect your goods immediately. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, or there is damage to your piece(s), please contact Autographed Collectables as soon as possible. All claims must be made within 5 days of you receiving your goods or your right to claim will be revoked.
Please allow up to 14 days for your item to be delivered.
If your order is urgent, please mention this in the “instructions box” when ordering or contact us to confirm whether we can meet your deadline.
WORLDWIDE
Autographed Collectables offer the option of shipping with United States Postal Service to some areas subject to the size of the piece or with UPS to all destinations. You will receive an automated email confirming a tracking number once your item has been shipped. A signature will be required on delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left providing you with re-delivery information. When signing for your goods, please sign with STI (subject to inspection). The courier is not required to wait while you inspect your goods. We ask that you open and inspect your goods immediately. Autographed Collectables are not responsible for any import duties and or any other charges associated with your purchase.

RETURN POLICY
Autographed Collectables offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and return policy on our products so long as the following conditions are met:
- Your request for refund is made within five (5) days of you receiving the goods.
- The goods are returned in perfect condition and in a re-saleable condition.
The following conditions also apply:
- Shipping costs associated with the dispatch and return of goods are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are not available on items which have been purchased on a lay-by / payment plan.
- Refunds are not available on special orders and or non-Autographed Collectables release products.
- Refunds are not available on items purchased at events worldwide.
- PayPal fees on purchases are non refundable.
Upon receipt of the merchandise being returned in perfect condition, you refund will be processed within five (5) days.
PRODUCT RECEIVED DAMAGED
If your collectable has arrived damaged or not in the condition that you would expect, either email [email protected] or phone 0414 23 26 35 within Australia or toll free 866 377 6774 (866 DR ROSSI) within North America. Please remember that all claims must be made within five (5) days of you receiving your goods or your right to claim will be revoked.
All of the original packaging as well as the damaged goods must be available for collection by the shipping carrier at the delivery address provided.
PAYMENT PLANS
Autographed Collectables offer affordable payment plans. A 30% deposit is required and up to twelve weeks subject to the total of the item(s) being purchased. When purchasing multiple products, only once the total has been paid in full will the products be shipped. VALUATION SERVICE
Autographed Collectables offer a valuation service that should be accepted by all insurance companies. Each item is independently assessed and a written report is provided which includes a photo of the item and a value which we believe to be fair and accurate. Valuations are final and no refunds will be issued after payment has been made. Our valuation is based on our experience and knowledge gained from working in the industry since 1996. Our valuation service is not an authenticating service. Our valuations clearly state that the valuation is based on the assumption that the item is 100% Authentic.

FUNDRAISING EVENTS
Yes, Autographed Collectables has successfully raised much needed funds for a variety of charities, schools, sporting clubs, and organizations worldwide. A wide range of memorabilia can be tailored to suit your needs and be provided on a consignment basis at a fair and reasonable price. Any amount over the consignment price will go directly to the nominated organization. If an item does not sell, there is no obligation to keep this piece. An Autographed Collectables staff member is always in attendance to handle the memorabilia sales and enquiries during the evening.

All prices shown on our website are in USD. Currency conversions shown on our website are approximates only based on current market rates. Autographed Collectables are not responsible for varying rates and additional charges that your bank may impose due to foreign transaction fees. All amounts will be charged in either USD or AUD.
