Roger De Coster 2009 MX Des Nations

Roger De Coster is regarded as one of the greatest Motocross riders in the history of the sport. The Belgian phenom won five 500cc Motocross World Championships and thirty six 500cc Grand Prix races. Inducted into both the Hall of Fame of America and the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame, De Costers success is etched into the history of Motocross racing.

This very cool track pole was actually used on track during the 2009 Motocross Des Nations which was held in Franciacorta, Italy. Team USA who was led by Roger De Coster and included Ryan Dungey, Jake Weimer & Ivan Tedesco went on to win the Gold Medal over France and Belgium.
