Martin is 2014 Red Bull Rookies Cup Winner and 2018 Moto3 World Champion. In 2023, Martin challenged Pecco Bagnaia all the way to the last round of the MotoGP Championship, eventually finishing 2nd in the reigning World Champion Pecco Bagnaia.
He continues with Prima Pramac Ducati in 2024 and is currently leading the Championship with only five rounds remaining. The underdog racing for one of the Satelitte Ducati teams, Martin has many behind him, as they go head to head with the Factory Ducati Team and reining World Champion Pecco Bagnaia.
