In 2018, Miller joined the Pramac Ducati Team to race alongside Italian rider Danilo Petrucci. Miller adapted well to the Ducati and has already finished on the Podium multiple times with the Italian manufacturer. In 2019 racing with the same Pramac Ducati Team alongside Pecco Bagnaia, it was announced that Miller would join the Factory Ducati Team for the 2021 season.
Miller has had a strong first season with the Factory Ducati team finishing in 4th position in the World Championship. He won two races, and finished on the Podium another three times in 3rd place.
In 2022, Miller finished in 5th place, winning in Motegi and finishing on the Podium another six times during the season. It would be his last season racing with the Factory Ducati Team as he moves the the Red Bull backed KTM Factory Team for the 2023 & 2024 MotoGP seasons.
In 2025 Miller moved back to the Pramac Racing team, this time onboard the Yamaha to race alongside Miguel Oliveira. These gloves have been personally signed by Jack and were obtained directly from him, and signed by him in Valencia, Spain during the last round of the 2025 MotoGP World Championship.
